    Tammara Bauer was recommend to me by my daughter. I needed her to help me with settling 2 estates. I do think she has a good knowledge of the law when it comes to probate but her clerical errors were far to many to mention. I had to constantly review everything for accuracy. There never seemed to be any kind of urgency on her part in helping me complete the probate process. I would have a hard time recommended her to any one and I hope my daughter finds legal advise elsewhere. I am just so glad to was able to come to and end. Cheaper attorney's are not the way to go. My advise to anyone look else where

    Both of my children went to Turnberry and both experience I had was so good. The teachers and I had a good relationship. My younger son need more attention and each teacher that he had was right there to guide him in the right direction.

    I am highly disappointed in the service that this branch has provided. As a small business owner who relies heavily on their banking relationship it's disappointing that the turn over of managers at this branch doesn't allow for business needs to be addressed, let alone simple customer service communication. Information gets lost between managers and the current interim manager doesn't currently care about maintaining relationships. For the abundance of neighboring competition, one would think they would value the business they have. If you are a business I'd recommend taking your banking needs elsewhere.

    I like BBVA and the nearest branch is a mile away from my house the next nearest is 18 miles... I well now be making the 36 mile trek to circumvent this bank... I have a payroll check written through BBVA and they want to try and charge me 8 dollars to get cash it!? I've been to multiple branches before and never been hit with this... called customer service they informed me that its not company policy to charge for internal checks but every branch can decide... I've been to a lot of BBVA branches and have had raving experience... keep driving
